Senior Consultants

Sara, CHMM, is the senior consultant for STEP and President of the company.  She works as project manager and senior instructor.  She has been working for over 25 years with industrial emergency response teams.

Chuck is a senior trainer with over 25 years industrial safety experience.  He is an instructor for hazmat, incident command, fire fighting rope rescue, confined space, fork truck, excavation and scaffolding training.

Brian is a certified American Red Cross instructor, a certified Kentucky Career Fire Fighter, a Certified Kentucky Instructor Level 1, and a licensed Emergency Medical Technician.  He teaches hazmat, firstaid/CPR/AED & bloodborne pathogens, and fire/hose handling.

Sam is a chemical engineer specializing with over 20 years experience in process safety, risk management, and loss control.

Ted has over 25 years of asbestos, environmental and industrial hygiene experience.  He oversees air and noise sampling for STEP.

Phillip has over 15 years of safety and environmental experience and is the STEP sales manager/liasson.   His knowledge assists our clients in meeting their safety goals.

Heath is a Kentucky Certified Fire Fighter and a Kentucky Certified Fire Instructor Level II with over a dozen years experience.  His training expertise includes hazmat training, incident command, permit-required confined space training and fire extinguisher training.

Shannon is a STEP consultant and trainer specializing in hazmat, confined space, incident command, audits, safety meetings and OSHA training. 
 

Senior Administrative Staff

Kathy P is the STEP business manager and handles preparation of quotes, marketing and accounting.

Tammy is our IT manager specializing in computer-based training development.
