The Incident Command System (ICS) is a management system designed to provide effective and efficient incident management by integrating a combination of procedures, roles and responsibilities, communication tools, equipment, operating within a common organizational structure.

 

 

 Program Topics:
 

o    Background and development of the ICS;

o    Using common terminology;

o    Integrating communication media;

o    Creating a unified command structure;

o    Coordinating resource management and allocation, and planning

o    Site assessment

o    Workshops and exercises implementing the ICS
